Hosting Challenge lobbies are not illegal. The worst that can happen is that you can be banned from IW servers. That is the absolute worst, and it rarely happens.

But you have hacked the game to host the challenge lobby... which is surley illegal?

In reality, these kinds of hacks or nothing serious. The government (US and other governments) have other major issues to deal with.

This is only handled by Infinity Ward and Activision. I promise the worst that will happen to you is a slap on the wrist if you are found out. Take it from me, I hack Mw2 on the PC and I have been banned from Steam countless times.

pretty sure its against "computer misuse act" to hack stuff so could be but not definatly sure and doubt they would do anything about it but sony have no hacking policy sou could get banned from psn
