i have seen this before but cant seem to find it now.
It checks code to see if you have left any brackets open etc...
It would save a lot of time.

This isn't the program but can't Notepad ++ do that? Correct me if I'm wrong.

No I'm pretty sure it doesn't check syntax erros
But Notepad++ is easy to find on google for free and it comes with C++.
