If I restart the PS3 then it is like the patch is reset and I have no options. What is going on here? It is like the patch gets reset or something.

You have to boot up with jailbreak for it to work.

so it cannot be transferred from 3.41 to 3.50 and used online ?

not good for me then....

ive a few patches that do this , resets every time you take the jail brake off
get a clean patch and copy/paste in hex the modded patch into clean patch

who gave you this patch?

Dude, I had the same problem, what are you using to transfer the patch over??
My problem was solved by using FTP and not the USB method.
