So I was wondering what am i doing wrong, what should i do before opening the patch with notepad++ any help will be thanked.

Command Prompt > Drag and Drop Offzip > -a -z -15 > D& Patch > 0 > Done.
Delete all files expect 0000b4a0.dat and 00014f51.dat.
Look it up!
