Please only try this if you are sure you wont completely mess up! It is adviseed you make a back up of your account (Just to be on the safe side

If you corrupt your profile recover it!

Usb flash drive (Over 1 gigabyte)

1-Load up Modern warfare 2 set you clan tag to something you will remember I recommend 'TECH' or 'aaaa'

2-Head to the Dashboard and insert you flash drive (Configure the usb flash drive if you have not already done so). Once completed go to systems settings go down to memory and click on HDD. Go to gamer profiles and find the profile your using. Move it to memory unit (Your usb flash drive)

N.B. Before advancing please make sure the programmes are all working accordingly.

3-Remove the flash drive from your xbox and insert it into your pc.
Open the usb explorer and find your profile. (Click {dir}Content>Click on the next folder you see (16 digit number) Click on the folder entitled 'FFFE07D1' or something along the lines of that> Click the next folder '00010000'.) The next folder you see should be a 16 digit number. This is your profile, extract your profile to a preferred location, I simply extract it to the desktop. DO NOT CLOSE THE PROGRAMME YET! Minimize it!!

4- Open up HxD and open your profile (File>open) Your profile should open in a load of different coding. Click Search then find type in what you set you clan tag to (TECH or aaaa) it should be highlighted after you click ok.
IMPORTANT Do not click backspace it will corrupt your profile!
Highlight the four letters with your mouse and the type what you want in.
Do not type in more than four letters! Doing so will result in corrupting your profile..
Once completed click file and 'Save' Close HxD

5-Open up Modio. Drag and drop your profile into modio. Click 'Rehash and Resign' Give it a couple of seconds.. Now close Modio.

6-Open the minimized usb explorer programme. Click delete on your profile then inject the profile from your desktop.

7-Safely remove hardware (usb explorer) and remove it from your computer. Insert the usb flash drive back into your xbox. Sign into your profile, load up Modern warfare 2>Multiplayer>Xbox live. You should have the desired clan tag
