Ok do you mean if you have 3.41 jB and back up manager installed with games saved to the HDD... Then no it will not transfer the games over, data utility will transfer ancd wht not.... Ftp server and backupmanager will transfer but you will not be able to execute the programs

if you use data tranfer all game data, patches, and downloaded games get tranfered
