I mean the +1000 kills, +100 headshots and blablabla.

All of them do, but it only works in ranked games.

When I do the preset leaderboard hack @ mossy his patch (reset / extreme / realistic) it works in private matches.

But if I try to do the +1000 kills it won't work. Maybe someone has patched it or whatever?

Hmm maybe but I don't think so. Try it in a ranked game. Private matches are more complicated to do the preset leaderobard stats.
