Use bgalex's patch. It's derank works, it's the only patch I know that has a working derank option.

where can i get bgalexs patch, i am using final tree's right now and derank does not work.

I got it from somewhere else before it was released on this site, I'm sure there's a link in premium, I've seen it. The Final Tree patch is buggy and most of the good stuff didn't even work for me :/
