*UPDATE*
I have added "raining money" and most of the dvars from the Mossy patch(inc super fast ADS)(vip only)
It also has the coloured class names and secondary camos!!

Have you ever played a game when the Screen is dark blue on bottom left? (Pre game lobby)
I quick joined a hoster with It and left.
I opened up Private match and it was there as an Infection.
I pressed Start Game and I got: Could not find zone.ff
This is the PC version of the folder:
Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\zone\dlc
So meh conclusion is its Something wrong with the map.:embarrassed:

I've done that as well. It is an infection which screws the map up and gives an error message.
Its funny though cos everyone thinks its a challenge lobby
