They are already stuck. If you want to go online with your mods though you need to update your FW to 3.50. You will lose your jailbreak in the process, but keep your mods to use online in Private Matches and in Ranked Matches (if you are host).

Are you sure because they dont even show up in splitscreen?

Positive. Read the tutorial on getting it online to make sure you don't lose it all.
