(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I am currently on the 3.50 FW. If I were to buy a new Hard Drive and install it, would I be able to install the 3.51 FW on it or will the 3.500 FW still be on my system?

I believe you will remain on 3.50.

What if I were to buy a PS3 that was on the first FW and put my HDD in it, would it still be on the first FW, or will it be on 3.50

you can only buy a new ps3 with 3.41 to jailbreak sorry

Or you could buy one with lower firmware then 3.41, update it to 3.41 via USB from the download on Sony's website.

Yeah Once Your On 3.50 or anything above 3.41, your out of luck.

ok you need a ps3 with 3.41 or lower save fw version on flash not hdd you can update it to 3.41 if you want if its lower that 3.50.
