I tried about 5 different links for this & it says successfully installed, but when i try to open iHC 2 it says "Microsoft .NET Framework Unhandled exception has occurred in your application." Also says "The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found." Please help me, I don't know why this problem is occurring. Also, I wasn't sure where to post this so if it's not supposed to be here, please move it & i'm sorry. Please don't flame, just need a little help.

one there sever is down and you cant do anything two you need to remove .net framework and then re install it .net framework 4.0
