All you have to do is add the cartoon mode to the player menu -.-.. this is not a "release".

Challenge Lobbys are not and will not be possible on Black Ops due to the fact that the patch is encrypted. Decrypting is the easy part, it's impossible to encrypt as treyarch has the private key.
