(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I came across a thread but lost it stating there is an easier way using usb to swap patches... Does anyone know or have that link?

To state the obvious these are the Mw2 modded patches, ya know instead of doing the transfer and formatting the HD everytime etc I seen a way of using a USB stick to change the patches around

When you inject your 3.41 patch to your 3.50 ps3, sign in to your account on the ps3, then go to system settings -> back up utility, and backup for ps3.

now, you have 1 patch backed up to usb, to get to this patch, go to system settings -> backup utility -> restore.

now, do this for all patches..

remember what order you do this in, because when you're done, you can plug the usb into your computer. go to your usb drive, go to PS3 -> EXPORT -> BACKUP and there will be all your patches with the filenames 1010012398928.. just rename them to the patch..

done :y:
