The FTP says they were transferred and suceeded but when I start MW2 I get nothing. Am I getting patches for the wrong BLUS?

No need to format everytime that happens. What you need to do is open the modded patch in you HEX WS press ctrl+a then ctrl+c leave that window open, go back to you filezilla right click on the patch click view/edit, it will then open the clean patch in the HEX WS, press ctrl+a then ctrl+v and exit out. MIt will ask you to save changes, click yes then another box will pop up asking you to save a back up, click no then another little box from filezilla will pop up click the check box to finish and hit yes and you should be done. Press the PS button quit game, turn off ps3 by control then in back then unplug both your ps3 and the jailbreak device. Plug you ps3 back in and start your game go to split screen and you should have your mods.
