He told me that he deleted the game data and the save data and it still didn't work. Is there anything else that might work?

I was just looking throught the Forums and well i got this error a hell of a long time ago , It caused me to have to make a new account , May have been caused by he was still earning trophys as he went on mw2 it cant sync them proparly , Also if i recall this error happened to some one who used my W@W zombie patch it did the same thing which resulted in this guy making a new account.

He made a new account, and even formatted his PS3 and it still didn't work.
