(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I dont know if this will help you but i made a new account KliutyHD and i wanted to get my perks up quick and i found that if you put Stopping Power, Slight Hand on a assualt weapon and play free-for-all you can get them to Pro easier. this took me about 40 mins to get to lvl 13 and have both Slight Hand Pro and Stopping power Pro.
