Just a little something to give back to the community

Ideally I'd like it to decompress then merge all the offset creating a directory of gsc files, but I think that might be out of my knowledge. We'll see where this goes.

Right now it runs the offzip and packzip commands for the users.

Cool, but to get every .gsc would be hard, as the two different ways to compress PS3 patches causes different offsets. And you can't go by file name, as like me, some people rename the .gsc's.

But if you went on the principle of a standard .ff then that would be relatively easy, then you need the way to add the files back in.
