The reason it says disconnected for safety is because you need a modded default_mp.self and heres a link to the tutorial on how to do it.

So you "cant" 11th prestige people just by adding a modded patch ?(going to use mossyv8 patch) Im going too jailbreak my PS3 now and I have to follow the tut above so I can prestige people ? Is this correct pls anyone?

NOTE: Once you are able to turn into 11th prestige, no one will be able to connect to you until you reinstall the patch on your 3.41 PS3 and then put the modded patch onto the 3.41 and data transfer and you CAN'T do 11th prestige again until you do the tutorial again but people WILL be able to connect to you

No, you have to follow the tutorial and what Skyline said if you turn 11 prestige no one will be able to connect to you and to fix this is by reinstalling the modded patch again and doing data transfer utility to your 3.55 ps3.

OK so Im prestige 11th allready the account im want to use for hosting lobbys someone esle done it for me in a lobby... and its the first time im transfering the patch (just got my jailbreak) to the 3.55 does this still apply ? or just use a new account no prestige ? and wont have to do any of this?(tutorial) thanks for your help

Yes the PSN I want to be hosting lobbys on? (if I can get this to work) is 11th prestige done about 3 monts ago by someone esle this is the first time im transfering (hopfully) the modded patch to my 3.55 or do you surgest just usein a noob account or even noob wouldnt matter have to change the file ? sorry if im confusing you
