Yes it is all you need too know are the hex offsets. Just look around for the offsets there must be a thread.

Just Ask EliteMossy for help, I'm sure he'll help you if it's for a good cause or just get an xbox version of your patch and edit it with FF Viewer then convert it with BucN's or Mossy's Xbox to PS3 converter.
