Once your in _Missions.gsc editing, search

_openMenu(){

Under that there should be something like

self setBlurForPlayer(10.3,0.1);
self VisionSetNakedForPlayer("cheat_chaplinnight",.4);

Something along those lines. Obviously the top line is for Blurring the background, and the VisionsSet is the vision. Find the vision you want, and change the cheat_chaplinnight to your vision. (If you don't want it to blur remove the blurring line.
