just delete your game data utility of mw2 and redownload it and u should get it back
if not just ask someone to give u the whole file

It is in the XMB, god damn noobs. Go away if you do not understand the basics of the PS3. Even my little sister knows how to delete game data.

I deleted mine to but intentionally now i need someone elses :P got one but the patches wont work on it and its missing some files lols P:
