Post: How to fix the "Connecting to Matchmaking Servers" delay message

1. After starting up Mw2, go to multiplayer.
2. Wait about 30 seconds and DON'T PRESS ANYTHING!
3. Also wait until the orange light(HDD Indicator) stops flashing because it's loading up your stats and settings.
4. After it stops blinking, go to Play Online and enjoy.
If it doesn't work, then follow these steps.
1. Go back to the main menu
2. Go to Special Ops.
3. Choose a mission and get a lobby ready but don't start the mission.
4. Go back to the main menu
5. Go to multiplayer and wait until the HDD Indicator stops flashing.
6. Then try again(It should work this time.)

Yeah I was the same way I got negative repped like -1000 points awhile back but then I learned to gain rep here you have to kiss serious ass and have friends haha
