I have read loads of threads on how to do this and they all confuse me so i am going to try and explain it alot easier.

First of all you will need these:

• FF.viewer You must login or register to view this content.
  
• Patch converter You must login or register to view this content.
  
• any patch
  

1.Ok now you need to convert what patch your using into an xbox patch. So go and open patch converter and press open.

2.Then locate what ever patch you want to edit. (needs to be ps3)
And open it in patch converter.

3.Once opened you will want to press Ps3 to Xbox. And it will appear in the folder with patch converter in it.

4.Once converted you can open it up in FF.viewer. So open FF.viewer and click 'Open FF'. Then locate the converted patch in the patch converter folder. Double click this and open it.

5.It will then put a (+) next to raw files. Click this. Now on the left it should say

• maps/mp/mp_afghan.gsc
  
• maps/mp/mp_rust.gsc
  

etc.
Keep going down to maps/mp/gametypes/_missions.gsc. This will have all of the things in the menu.

6.I cant help you with this bit but you will have to find were the start up menu name is. In mine it is in the maps/mp/moss/AllMossysStuffHere.gsc as i am using the ultimate v9 edit update 11 by chrome playa. <------- AMAZING PATCH

7. When you find it, it will say something like this

8.Now you change it to what ever you want it to e.g.
wT(){self iPrintln("^0NorrisHD's Menu Activated. Press[{+actionslot 1}] to open.");
self iPrintln("^0Credits to: Chrome Playa and EliteMossy");
self thread bTX("Welcome "+self.name);}

9.It will now say NorrisHD's Menu Activated.
Press up to open
Credits to: Chrome Playa and EliteMossy
When you start a game.

10.You will now need to 'Save'. and press ok. Now go to the folder patch converter and put the ps3-to-xbox-patch_mp on to your desktop.

11.Now open patch converter again and locate desktop and find the file ps3-to-xbox-patch_mp and open it. Now click 'xbox to ps3'.
It will place this in the same place as last time.'In the patch converter folder'.

12.Now rename the 'ps3-to-xbox-patch_mp' to 'patch_mp' and its done.

13.Open blackbox or whatever you use and filezilla and put the patch on. And there you have it.
