The fact of the matter is, kids, we don't know for sure. Yes there is going to be a patch update for MW2 before the end of February, and YES that will over write any hacks you have on 1.11.

Here are some answers to the (very) frequently asked questions:

1) We do NOT know if they are encrypting the patch to make it extremely hard to edit. If Sony and IW are intelligent (it's undecided if they are) then they would, but who knows.

2) We do NOT know if they are adding some sort of checksum in 1.12 to make sure it's a legitimate patch, not a hacked version. It's a possibility. This has NOT BEEN CONFIRMED.

3) (this kind of sums up 1 and 2) It is also a possibility that the patch will go un-cracked for quite a long time. Will it ever be cracked? Yeah, probably. Right away? It's unknown.. we'll know when we see it.


Also, I'm tired of the leechers just saying "Ehh we can wait til some well known modder comes out with a patch and just use that." I have 2 things to say to that:

1. This is with the hopes that a 3.56 jb will come out.. which, again, is a possibility, but it's unknown how long that will take.

2. If there is a patch released, it will most likely be released on Premium. Most of you sad leechers are kids who made an account to take the files and take advantage of the amazing people on NGU. Also, most of you kids probably have like the default rep, and all of 2 posts that you made when you were high and thought it would be funny.

Okay, so what have we learned?
- It's unknown if the patch will be modded right away, so stop claiming you'll just wait until Mossy or Derek come out with a patch.

- The patch might not be modded at all.. so stop taking sides and just wait this one out and enjoy legit gaming for once.. it can actually be fun when you aren't going 970-0 because you're spawn killing kids in a public groundwar game with your unfair aimbot.
