Buy a new PS3 =D jkjk and legitly i dont think that theres any file for that, you can "derank" but it only resets stats, not rank. Best bet would be to start fresh and make a new account

I don't think resetting your level to prestige 0 level 1 but you can easily get to prestige 1 level 1 using the old prestige hack method.
