Retail, direct from Sony. There is no debug of 1.11 available unless someone decided to keep it around. In fact 1.12 debug has been pulled from the updates available.

Nevermind I was able to extract the content from the PKG but is there any idead on how I could possibly Pack it? This is the retail version I found a retail unpacker by Dukio and it worked I just need to know how to pack it then I am on my own

There is a release that just hit this weekend (possibly today) with a windows gui based pack/unpack tool. Check out ps3news.com or psx-scene... Can't remember which I saw it on, could have been ps3-hacks too...
