"1. Download FTP Server on your ps3.
2. Download Filezilla
3.On FileZilla, click "File -> Site Manager -> New Site"
Look at the IP Address on your PS3 FTP; this will be the "Host" for FileZilla
4. On FileZilla, the port you will use is 21
5. The username you will use is FTPD12345
6. The password you will use is blank (no password)
7. Go to edit then Settings then Transfers
8. Set the Maxixum Simaultaneous Downloads to 1
9. Click connect and you should be connected directly to your PS3's HDD.
10. Navigate to "hdd0/game/BLUS30377/USRDIR/" and look for patch_mp.ff
11. Simply drag and drop the modded patch from your PC to the patch_mp.ff on Filezilla and OVERWRITE it
12. Quit the FTP Server and start up Mw2
13. Now you have a Challenge Lobby "
