WHY so SERIOUS ?
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); is there a way to change a mw2 patch without cfw or jailbreak :\

Not that I know of. You have to some type of FTP access to do so. There are Downgrading tuts around here where you can download to lower V of FW if you wanted to take that type of chance.
