If you know what this does, then you will understand.
This is similar to the old Cod4 Change team hack, when you open the menu, and click on Options to exec the "default_systemlink.cfg"
Just put this in the button_layout config:

(You dont need to be HOST If you are HOST, everyone will be able to change team)
