Here:
If you change EVERYTHING in the patch that has
+usereload
to
+reload
"R" will close the menu.Scrolling through the Sub Menus
"5 and 4" or "3 and 4" Not sure :\
Selecting
"Space" will select an option
Switching Weapons
"1" and "2" switch weapons
Reload
"R"
Frag/Grenade
Not sure on Laptop but on PC its the scroll roller on the mouse
Aim
"Right-Click"
Shoot
"Left-Click"
Up and down in the Menu
"N" is going up and "5 or 6" goes Down
Well, If you need more just quote me or PM
I'm just tired and too lazy to type out all the commands.

got menu working but how do u close the menu i was able to do everything but close it lol and i dont understand the +userreload prt how am i sopose to do that im a noob at coding and thanks for the help

You have to get an XBOX version of the patch and open it with .FF viewer. Then Open and individual .gsc and hit
CTRL + F
and search
+usereload
and change it to
+reload

i did what u sayed and still nothing i went and changed it to +reload
nd nothin i did it to every .gsc that had +usereload
