You cant data transfer whilst in jailbreak mode. maybe thats the problem?

i have to ps3 on 3.55cfw fat 80 and slim 320 i transfer data to my slim 3.60 with no problem are you turning off both ps33 then connectin the ethernet cable

Have you reset your controller settings?

Turn off your 3.41 and turn back on without JB, then try again. Jamazkie is correct
