Well the way I do it is buy Resistance Fall of Man for around £5 / $10.
There are many tutorials on YouTube.
Basically load the game, then go to save and highlight yes, press PS button, eject the disc, then put in MW2 and save RFoM. It should go straight to MW2, and that is how you bypass.
Or I think you could use EliteMossys Patch Bocker, but I am not entirely too sure.
