No, there sadly is no way to host without jailbreaking, and unless your on 3.55 or lower you are out of luck. But if you are looking for something to do while psn is down you can do Blackops lan splitscreen against bots

i am on 3.56 i've looked at some downgrades to 3.55 and 3.56 CFW but they look a bit dodgy.

Noooo dont try those downgrades. You either need to buy a new ps3 or you cant. kay: :megusta:

okay, i'm a bit ****ed off because i bought this ps3 a couple days ago haha, and the 3.56 update came from TDU 2. doesn't matter.
