But i only get the lazer on my gun, Ive tried other patches too and its just the same, Im testing them out in Split screen and LAN, Would they work fully if i transfer it to 3.61 and host online ?

Go to controller settings, and set the button configuration to default. You have to this at the beginning of every round/game to enable the mods.
