I know there are patches which do this but they give you a set prestige like 10th, 11th ect.. if its possible to make how much to make one.

a patch which just gives you challanges and titles not instant prestige it gives you them at ur current rank and prestige

Let say your 8 prestige make the patch say setplayerdata "prestige" 8 but u can only get 8 prestige then used unlock all CFG code put in
big xp and ranked match with fast restart that it Used Note pad ++ for this this Pcfreak CFg converter
the patches code only have set prestiges for now
