get a modded patch for 1.12
download filezilla for your computer ,, and blackbox pkg for your jailbroke ps3
open the 2 programs and connect them
through filezilla open HDD_0/game/whatever region your mw2 is/ussdir ,, then replace the patch_mp.ff with your modded one
then data transfer to your CFW ps3 then play !!
