On jb ps3 have the 1.12 patch on for mw2
then filezilla or ftp or whatever (send over 1.11 patch)
IMPORTANT in the 1.12 patch delete the default.mp self
If you don't do that then you won't be able to connect to other people

Then data transfer and use a proxy server (elitemossys or the Unknown)

Why do you want to host a bypass CL and not a normal CL?
