but how?
everytime i've i download a ps3upade.pup and save on my memory stick and put in the ps3 it doesn't work!

Lets start from the start. If you are on 3.66 you are an idiot because there is no such thing as 3.66 JAILBREAK/CFW/MFW/RFW. It won't work because you can't downgrade. If you are on 3.55, get Rebug 3.55.3, QA Flag, then you can use package manager.
