Yes use any patch in the modified patch section (that includes it)

I went to private match and dtarted it up with radar off and i went to my mods and put on force radar and everyone had it...

maybe you're mod distributed the Radar to them all?(Infection)

m8 the point of the patch is to turn on uav or radar on all the time so if its your lobby everyone will get it but if you on to an online match and your not the host then you will e the only one with it because its not on your patch and cand ditrubutethe code. hope i helped

Everyone gets the radar when you are host, and there's nothing you can do about it.
