Ya man that was only possible on 1.11 when you could do GSC, now you can only do CFG which is all game commands and DVAR's and there is no verify command lol.

Its very possible to get cfgs back to the old 1.11 cls but it would require someone to decrypt the files which IS very unlikley but never say never

No if u want it to be like 1.11 just do 1.11 lobbys because its possible 4 1.12 to be like 1.11 but tbh no1 will really work hard on it because mw3 out soon
