I have a patch blocker to go back to 1.11

When I'm back on 1.11 I wanna be able to host CL's again

How do I get the modded patch on to 1.11?

1.11 will not work with 1.12 and 1.12 will not work with 1.11. When you play using bypass on 1.11 then you will play with only people who bypass as well. When you play on 1.12 then you will be playing with everyone who is on the 1.12 patch also. There is no adding the two together.
