You need 2 PS3's, one on current firmware (3.70) and another one on 3.55 or lower (many tuts on how to jailbreak its really easy). You would then download a MW2 1.12 patch (look in modified patches) and put it on your jailbroken PS3 using an FTP server like blackbox or another one, there are plenty. Once you put the patch on your jailbroken PS3 you would test it in splitscreen and then use data transfer utility to put the patch on you 3.70 PS3 to play online with it.

Could you please let us know the name of good patch? There are a lot on modified patches but I don't know which on is on the new 112. Thanks
