just put a 3.70 spoofer on ur cfw ps3 nd then do data transfer twice... first u do data-transfer from ur 3.70 online ps3 then u change ur patch or whatever and then u data transfer back... it dont take much time !!!

I do tht everytime and it only takes 5 mins or so ...
