Okay guys this is just a thread why some infections dont work + some more.

Why the Unlock All Infection Dont Work:

The reason why it doesn't work is an infection, actually every Config code can only have up to 1024 char (Charecters/Letters) and in the Unlock All Infection there is 26k chars. Thats way over the limit and the only way to get it working is spittling it up to 25 infections, and who wanna do that?

Why You Guys Cant Get UAV Infection To Work:

The reason is that when you bind an button only one DVAR (code) will stick to it. So that means you can only bind one dvar to all buttons that will stick. Im pretty sure the only buttons that will stick when binding is Dpad up/down and button Back (select) and y (Triangle). In the UAV dvar there is 7 or something dvars.

why can't you get the uav infection seperated from the other code and then try it?

Because the uav code has like 10 codes inside it and there is a code that has to be set every single round/game. An dvar like laser that sticks dont need to be set every round

The only binds that work for infections are BUTTON_BACK and BUTTON_START. Those 2 buttons do NOT get reset by your buttons cfg. There are 2 dvars that turn on uav, g_compassShowEnemies and scr_game_forceUav. You only need one. Although they may seem like they do the same thing both of them actually do different things. HINT HINT.

Edit... You have to admit if it got released it would kind of spoil mw2 a bit with all the 10 and 12 year olds running round thinking they're god of cod cos the have they're mod /facepalm....

If it gets released, MW2 is as good as over.

i personally think that if and only if... you will sure as hell find more people on the bypass servers back to 1.11 than you would on the updated servers :lol: imagine that...more people bypassing than actually wanting to play the game "legit" even tho every command is built into the game.. so how the word "legit" is evaluated in your opinion :p
