On my 3.55 kmeaw PS3 i still am on the 1.11 MW2 Patch,and for some reason when i insert the disc it doesn't give me option to install the 1.12.
How do i install it manually?

I did find a pkg file but when i install it it goes directly to the apps folder and when i load the game up all i get is a blank screen.
Maybe i was using the wrong pkg file and not my 683 version of the game.

If someone could point me to how to update this manually or any other way i would appreciate.
