Click 'Save'. :y: After each sentence/code you edit, you have to hit the Save icon. Yeah, I didn't do that either.

Also, try using a random FF Viewer, I can't remember whos' I use, but also try out BuCShotz Fast File Editor. It's pretty nice.

yeah i was using buc shots aswell but is there not patch where you cant edit

Yeah, all patches are editible. (lol at that word)
Anyway, you have to convert the patch from PS3 to XBOX, and what not. There's tuts on Youtube on how to edit a MW2 patch, as well as written ones. Some of them tell you how to begin the patch, but not how to end it.
There was a clean MW2 patch released here a couple of days ago. I'll edit this post, and link you to it. It's the easiest way to go.

after each code/line u edit u have 2 save? is that just 2 be safe or could not saving aftr each line give u errors...cause i pasted a couple codes like burning lazer and they didnt work
