but all other stuff like "Modded Lobbys" = No. only with 2 ps3

no, there are two ways to get Infections in multiplayer

First way: u Have a ps3 on CFW and another ps3 on 3.72 so you can transfer a modified patch to your 3.72 ps3 and Play Online with this patch.
Second way: Find someone who can do this above and ask him to infect you.
