its not crosshairs..thats obvious to anyone cause u can see the normal crosshairs in the 2nd pic... i think it means + whatever that perk is so "+ perk"

The cross apears in waw and cod 4 when you hit someone that is using juggernaut. It's the same cross that is in the video.

yea deffiantly not the crosshairs so could possibly be jugg but i dont see him shooting anyone in ethier pic
