No. As that would be a modification of the maxHealth command, and that is set only for the entire lobby. The most you could do is try to find the takeDamage command, and bind a function that lowers stopping power damage to it; such as a faux-godmode.

You can create a custom perk for that, if its what you want.

unset Allperks/stopping power [everybody in your lobby except you, write down their psn names]
DONE, Now it takes alittle longer for them to kill you.
